USE: Prodex Total, Prodex Fast Action OR Reflective-Bubble-Reflective (RBR)

Can be installed on both sides of the block wall. Make sure it is on the warm side of the assembly.

Installation Method:

Attach the rigid insulation to the blocks (optional).
Screw the first metal strapping to the wall through the rigid insulation.
Attach Prodex to the metal strapping with double faced tape. Just stick it temporarily prior to the installation of the wood strapping.
Seal all seams with aluminum tape.
Install the second strapping and drywall following the manufacturer's recommendations.

If applying two layers of Prodex: Attach a ¾ - 1 inch fur/strapping over first layer of Prodex before attaching 2nd layer or Prodex. This will allow for an air-gap between layers of insulation and improve performance. Install the third strapping and drywall following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Reflective insulation can be used as stand alone or supplement insulation. It depends on the insulation value you're seeking.
