Installation Methods:

There are different ways to install reflective insulation on a quonset hut. 1. You could run the insulation from the ground up the arch and back down the other side to the ground. 2. You could run the insulation the length of the building. 3. You could follow the corrugated panel or run the insulation flat on the underside of corrugated panel. Note photos on this page.

We suggest: Glue 1-inch furring strips running the length of building. Glue the insulation onto the furring strips, running the insulatiion from the ground up and then back down to the ground. (Be sure to tape your seams with reflectve tape Important! Taping seams improves insulation performance. Use the glue - Super Metal Sealant to attach the 1-inch furring strips and insulation.
