If applying two layers of Prodex: Alone or in conjunction with other insulation. Create air-gap between insulation layers ¾ - 2-1/2 inch. This will optimize insulation performance. You can achieve air-gap through use of a lathe or furring strip. The key is to ensure and air-gap between layers to optimize performance.
