CONCRETE FLOOR INSULATION
Installation Method:

Wood Sub-Floor:

  1. Install the insulation (FBWP white side up) over a clean concrete floor.
  2. Do not overlap the seams. Let go up along the wall approximately 4". Do not install the product over the drain to allow water drainage.
  3. Seal all the seams with aluminum tape.
  4. Install the wood strapping and plywood panel using the usual method on top of the product.
Laminated Floors or under carpet pad:
  1. Be sure to have a clean and dry concrete floor.
  2. Lay down insulation roll on the concrete floor. For better adhesion, put a spot of multi-purpose adhesive every 24" under the product.
  3. Seal all the seams with aluminum tape.
  4. Install the laminated floor or carpet according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
