FOUNDATION WALL
Installation Method:

  1. (With Existing Insulation) You may want to install (if it's not there) a mechanical attachment system.
    (With No Insulation) Install, horizontally, against the concrete wall the first wood strapping every 16" with the asphalt felt behind it.
  2. Staple the FfmF, FBWP or FBF white side facing the concrete wall at every 16" without overlapping the material.
  3. Seal all the seams with aluminum tape.
  4. Install the second wood strapping or stud perpendicular to the first one.
  5. Install the drywall following the manufacturer's recommendations.
If applying two layers of Prodex: Install a third strapping perpendicular to the 2nd. Staple the insulation and seal seams with tape. Attach 4th strapping perpendicular to third and screw the drywall. This will allow for an air-gap between layers of insulation and improve performance.
